1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern use of OfferCircle, including the public website, seller dashboard, maps and related services. By using OfferCircle, signing in as a seller or submitting business or offer information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About OfferCircle

OfferCircle is a local-offers discovery and publishing platform operated by N Plus Solutions, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Public users can browse approved nearby offers without login. Sellers use Google Sign-In, submit a business profile for review and, after approval, publish offers under the platform rules.

3. Public users

• No buyer account is required to browse offers.
• You must independently confirm price, stock, eligibility, terms, timings and availability with the seller before travelling or purchasing.
• Distance and directions are estimates based on the selected location and third-party map services.
• You must use the website lawfully and must not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

4. Seller eligibility and Google Sign-In

A seller must be at least 18 years old, have authority to represent the business and use a valid Google account. The same Google account identifies the seller across devices. A seller must not impersonate another person or business, create deceptive duplicate accounts or share access in a way that compromises security.

5. Business registration and approval

• The seller must provide accurate business name, category, contact details, address and exact shop location.
• The yearly membership payment is completed before the business enters the Admin approval queue.
• Admin may approve, request a correction, finally reject, hide/deactivate, restore or permanently delete a seller and related business data.
• A correction request does not require a second membership payment.
• Approval is discretionary and does not constitute certification, endorsement or guarantee by OfferCircle.

6. Public business information

By submitting a business profile, the seller authorizes OfferCircle to display approved business information, offer details, images, contact actions, area, address and map pin to public users. The seller must ensure that submitted content does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.

7. Offer publishing rules

• Unlimited draft offers may be prepared.
• Each 365-day membership period includes a maximum of 30 Publish/Republish credits.
• A seller may keep a maximum of 3 live offers at one time.
• An offer may remain valid for a maximum of 365 days and may not cross the seller's membership expiry date.
• Publishing a draft or republishing a closed/expired offer uses one credit. Editing a live offer, pausing it, resuming it or closing it does not use another credit.
• Deleting an offer does not restore a credit that has already been used.
• Offers automatically expire after their selected expiry date or when the seller membership is no longer active, and they are removed from public results.
• Only drafts may be permanently deleted by the seller. Closed and expired history may be retained.
• Admin may hide, restore or permanently delete any offer and may open a seller profile to control all offers.
• Individual offers normally publish without an approval queue after the business is approved, but they remain subject to moderation.

8. Seller responsibilities

The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that every offer is genuine, lawful, current, clearly described and honoured on the stated terms. The seller must disclose important conditions, exclusions, taxes, minimum purchase, stock limits and validity. Expired, misleading or unavailable offers must be paused or closed promptly.

9. Prohibited content and activity

You must not publish or use OfferCircle for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, discriminatory, obscene or rights-infringing content; regulated goods or services offered without required authorization; malware, spam or phishing; fake locations or contact details; manipulated savings; or any activity that may harm users, businesses, OfferCircle or third parties.

10. Transactions with sellers

OfferCircle is not the buyer or seller of products and services and is not a party to transactions between public users and businesses. Payments, refunds, warranties, delivery, service quality, safety and disputes are between the user and seller unless OfferCircle expressly states otherwise. Contact the seller directly before relying on an offer.

11. Maps, location and directions

Map, geocoding, place-search and directions functions may rely on Google Maps Platform or other providers. Location accuracy, routes, travel times and accessibility are not guaranteed. Users must follow real-world signs, road rules and safety conditions.

12. Content ownership and licence

Sellers retain ownership of their original business and offer content. By uploading content, the seller grants OfferCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, reproduce, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote and improve the service. The seller confirms that they have all necessary rights and permissions.

13. Fees, renewal and refunds

OfferCircle Seller membership may be offered as FREE or as a PAID 365-day membership at the price displayed to the Seller at the time of registration or renewal. In FREE mode, no membership payment is required before Admin approval. In PAID mode, payment is collected through Razorpay before Admin approval. Membership validity begins from the Admin approval date or renewal date, as applicable. If Admin requests a correction, no second payment is required for the same application. A final rejection of a paid application initiates the applicable refund process; no refund is applicable where no payment was charged. Renewal is manual and no automatic debit is enabled. An eligible early renewal preserves remaining validity and adds the next 365-day period after the existing expiry date.

14. Suspension, hiding and deletion

OfferCircle may restrict, suspend, hide or permanently delete a seller, business or offer for inaccurate information, prohibited content, complaints, security risk, inactivity, legal requirements or breach of these Terms. Permanent deletion may remove related active data and may not be reversible. Limited records may be retained where required for security, disputes, backups or law.

15. Service availability and changes

We may modify, add, remove, pause or discontinue features, categories, limits or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, hosting, internet, map providers, Google authentication or external services may affect operation.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

OfferCircle is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, N Plus Solutions does not guarantee seller identity, offer accuracy, stock, quality, safety, merchant conduct, uninterrupted availability or any transaction outcome. OfferCircle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on an offer, travel to a business, a seller transaction or third-party service.

17. Indemnity

A seller agrees to defend and indemnify N Plus Solutions and OfferCircle against claims, losses or costs arising from the seller’s business, offers, content, legal non-compliance, customer disputes or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in Gandhinagar, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to OfferCircle.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The latest version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
